Processing and Dispatch

All Whimsy Wonder products are outsourced and carefully packed by hand by me.

Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare, package and dispatch your order and does not include the shipping time.

How Whimsy Wonders Mail Club Subscription works: (example: October mail) Processing and Dispatch

  • October 1st-20th: sign-up period
  • October 21st: cut-off date
  • October 25th: shipping
  • October 21st- November 20th: sign-up period for November mail

Art Shop

  • Orders are usually packed within 5-7 business days if there's available stock on hand
  • Reorders due to being out of stock may take 15-30 business days

Shipping

All mail will be shipped by stamp. Therefore, tracking will be unavailable.

For all other products, a tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.

Australia

  • 4-10 business days (Estimated Time)

International

  • 20-60 business days depending on which country (Estimated Time)

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Whimsy Wonders does not control these charges and cannot predict how much they may be, as customs regulations differ between countries.

Your order may also be held by customs while they process the shipment. Unfortunately, customs delays are outside of our control.

If your package is held by customs, you may need to contact your local customs authority or postal service directly.
