Incorrect Address/ Returned Mail

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can arrange one replacement shipment for the applicable shipping fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for mail orders cancelled due to a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact me via whimsywondersmailclub@gmail.com with photos and I'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
